Netsuite webstore URL problem

Periodically we get calls from customers telling us our webstore is not working.

Recently we figured out that these customers use google as there browser home page.  When they are logged in to their gmail account, google defaults their browser session to https/www.google.com.  Even starting a new browser session, google defaults it to https://www.google.com

When the customer types in our URL but does not change the https to http, the browser spins for 45 seconds then they receive an error.

Is there anything we can do ( netsuite can change)  in netsuite so a customer does not have to change the https to http?
