WSDK call for alternate price

I can't seem to find documentation on this anywhere.

I have two external stores that sell the same items, but use different prices. I have one using the base price and I would like to have the other use alternate price 1.

How to I:

Get the item price?
I am currently using:
http://shopping.netsuite.com/app/site/query/getitemprice.nl?c=00000&n=2&id=100

Add to cart?
I am using a form with "buyid" to pass items in. How do I tell it to use the alternate price?

If this is documented somewhere, Can someone point me in the right direction?
