Shopping Cart Abandonment Report Customization

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Hi all, we're hoping to drill into our Shopping Cart Abandonment Report to determine the abandonment by Class, Department.  The 6 filters built into the report will not take us where we need to go.  Anyone aware of a way to do this without an additional module purchase?
