MultiSite KPIs

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I'd like to get my website KPIs (hits, orders, web revenue etc) separated by site. I know I can drill into the report, and use the site filter, but I'd rather have the #s available to access quickly on my dashboard.

I tried customizing the out of box report, only to find that you can only use custom searches, not reports as KPIs. Unfortunately I can't really figure how to search for website hits and unique visitors.

Could someone point me in the right direction here?
