Someone can't see out website

Is this right? Someone can't view our website and their tech genius came up with this response. As far as I can tell, the IP range suggested is nowhere near shopping.netsuite.com


We have seen the symptoms before. It is definitely a fault.

Symptoms are; the names servers to not respond to requests for the names servers in my original email. Specifically from the IP address range 175.176.208/29, however probably others as well. We can live with it, however ******** cannot as it potentially stops people being able to "checkout".

If it is effecting this IP range, it is probably effecting any of the IP ranges released in the last 2 years.
