AddThis Buttons and IE9 compatibility

Recently added AddThis buttons to most of the web site pages.  They will not render in IE9 unless it's in Compatilbity Mode.  AddThis support docs say it's due to 'older web site code'.

It's my contention that most novice users won't know to put ie9 in Compatiblity Mode.

Is there anything I can add to the <Header> code-wise so that the buttons render whether or not ie9 is in compatibility mode?
