Other Charges in Webstore?

Is it possible to have Other Charges in the webstore?

There is a 'Display in Webstore' checkbox in the item record, but I cannot seem to look up the item in the Webstore.

I have tried to add the Other Charge using suitescript, but it doesn't seem to show up in the shopping cart either.
