Submiting website to search engine without Live Hosting Files

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Is it possible for website Hosting folders to disappear?

In setup website> domains > HTML hosting root, I have the option to choose  Live Hosting Files and Staging Hosting File
But I can't find these folders in Document> File Cabinet

Currently, wanting to submit the website to Search Engines which requires me to upload a HTML file
to the site to verify that I own the domain.

Without Live Hosting Files/Staging Hosting Files and no Advanced Site Builder,  where can I upload the file to verify that the domain is mine??
