Removing "Amount" (without VAT) from Webstore cart?

Hi,
We are using the basic webstore (no customization) to sell products directly to customers.

Would you know how to:
- remove the column "Amount" (=amount without VAT) from the cart?
- display the unit price including VAT?
- have the "freight" line including VAT?

We are selling direct to consumers so we would like to have a basic cart with the columns:
Qty   Item code    Unit price (incl VAT)    Total Price (Incl VAT)
10     Product A    $10                           $100
   1     Freight        $20                           $20
TOTAL                                                $120
(with eventually the line VAT (20%) = $10)
