Google Analytics Transaction Info stopped reporting with the new release

Google Analytics Transaction Info stopped reporting with the new release.  All of our Google Adwords transactions are showing as "direct" transactions in Google Analytics rather than Google CPC.  We are losing all of the leadsource data.
