Google Checkout Refunds

Does anybody know a way to refund a Google Checkout order in Netsuite but not have it actually process the refund in Google?  For both Paypal and Credit Card refunds, there is a little checkbox that appears on Cash Refunds called "Process Paypal payment" or "Process Credit Card" that you can uncheck if you don't actually want the money to be refunded, but I don't see anything equivalent for Google Checkout orders.
