We have item reviews on some items, but customers aren't using them. So, we're trying something different.  This...

I tried to implement, but it isn't working.  I have limited knowledge about combining a string together to make a working URL.  This one needs it in the head and the body and using the method I know failed.  Their instructions say to use:
