Why is Netsuite not paying attention to Ecommerce enhancements in new Releases?

There are SEVERAL pending enhancements for the ecommerce side of Netsuite and in every major release they seem to ignore them and not push any major enhancements.

The coupon feature it's still a disaster, you can't even have free shipping for One item and we are in 2013!

The shipping charges still cannot be calculated based on dimensions or multiple boxes per item (ex. an item that ships in multiple boxes, you can now only specify total weight which makes shipping calculations inaccurate)

Duplicate customer detection, I mean seriously? What's so hard about checking the email and if there is a duplicate say "This email it's already in use, click here to retrieve password" instead of making duplicates in the system? I really feel like I am using little kid's software.
