Gift Certificate on non-NetSuite web store?

I have what I thought would be a common issue.  I have a web site cart that is NOT NetSuite.  We would like to be able to redeem gift cards sold in our retail store on our web site.  I can see that I can generate my own range of gift cards but if a customer uses one on my web I do not see a way to edit the amount available.

I currently use FarApp to import my orders but he only brings over the non-gift cert payment methods.  I do not get any gift card # data back.

Has anyone else integrated NetSuite gift certificates up to their web store?
