15 Hour Site Outage, Enterprise Level?

Netsuite is a very dangerous ecommerce partner to rely on. We are a web only retailer and our site went completely out last night at 7 pm and did not come back up until 10 am the next morning. Very little communication and no explanation from Netsuite

Overpricing it and calling it Enterprise Level is still the same old unreliable and unfinished Netsuite ecommerce platform with terrible support. Awesome ERP and CRM software, absolutely terrible ecommerce platform and culture.
