Using another parties Payment Processor

We currently have integration via PayFlow Pro to our merchant processor, multiple payment accounts. We are looking to create a pass through to a vendor of ours where we would use their processor credentials to pass through PCI compliant customer data. I would think we could do that? Has anyone successfully done this or see any issues?
