Website error tickets at check out all of a sudden

All of a sudden our customers are receiving error tickets with a code similar to this:

hilspv4l3dcukpifqeve

we have no idea what that code means and cannot find out any information about it.  It would be nice to know what the error is so that we could trouble shoot the problem easier.

Does anyone know how we would go about getting more information on these errors?
