Cannot delete web site

I am trying to delete an unused web site but each time i try it throws this error:

This record cannot be deleted because it has dependent records.

I have gone through and deleted all categories and tabs associated with this site but still get the error.

Any ideas on what other records could be associated with a web site? I thought about scripts, forms etc. but they do not get assigned to web sites themselves.
