Subscription Billing Using NetSuite

Team,  Is anyone using NetSuite for subscription billing.  We tried to integrate Netsuite with our software-as-a-service product for billing.  There are limitation of 10 threads at a given point which is a scale issue. 

Not sure if subscription management can be done effectively via NetSuite.

Now we are thinking to use alternate products such as Aria/Zuora.  Any  comments will be greatly appreciated.
