I am curious how many businesses out there outsource their web design and email marketing vs. hiring someone to work with in the company? We are a small company with only 3 employees and it seems like we are spending more time changing hats than actually getting anything done. We have about 1,500 items on our site and sell both BtoB and BtoC, although we focus on the BtoB market. For the amount of money we pay for NS I'm sure we are way under utilizing it.
