Access forms in Customer Center/ Adding link in Customer Center

When a customer login into the netsuite website in customer center. He is redirected to a page where "My Account" can be seen.

In that My Account - "Enter an Order" link is present by which we can create Sales Order.

In the same way I need a form for Estimate record also.

1) How can I create form for the Estimate record similar to Sales Order record?

2) How to put a link for this estimate form in "My account" below "Enter an order" ? How to edit this customer center page ?
