How to change label in shopping cart page and how to add any message there?

Hello,

In our website, I would like to change the label "Enter Shipping Information"
in shopping cart page.

And, below that, Coupon Code part is there. I just want to add a static message  above the 'Coupon Code' label.

Can anyone guide me on these?
