Below is a step-by-step example on how to customize shipping and handling on one line within the Shopping cart page for Reference Checkout. The below customization steps are only for the Shopping Cart. You will need to follow the same customization process for the Order Summary block contained within Checkout and the Order details & receipt pages for My Account.
The goal of this example is to illustrate the flexibility and customizability of the reference bundles. Your solution, may be different and it will depend on your site.
