NetSuite ecommerce developer needed - Sydney Australia

We have been working with NetSuite Australia for just over 12 months to build an ecommerce solution for our b2c & b2b business with endless frustrations, and only just a semi-functioning solution. We are looking for another partner to help to get this project finished, is anyone able to offer their expertise/services or able to provide a contact that would be able to help us can get this project over the line? Our website is www.goodness.com.au - it is built with Suite Builder with some Suite Commerce Advanced Features.  We are concerned that the Suite Builder platform is not able to support what we need and are wondering if we need to start again and rebuild in order to get the functionality and speed required to meet industry benchmarks. Any contacts would be greatly appreciated.
