What happens to Item Store Tab data when you remove site module?

When our renewal comes up we are planning on not continuing with the Netsuite sitebuilder module and instead switching to Magento.

I would like to know what happens to all the data on the Store tab on our inventory items, the categories, etc. etc. when that module is deprovisioned.

Will we have to create custom fields and transfer all that data?

Anyone have any experience with this?
