Displaying Child Item Field populations

edited Dec 30, 2014 3:21PM in Web Site / E-Commerce 1 comment

Hello all,

Our website displays several matrix items throughout our website... I'm quite certain this is standard behavior on NS however no matter what fields are populated in the child item (IE:size, item #, any custom field) the parent item's field overrides those fields and that is what is displayed on the website.

I was curious if anyone has a script that dynamically changes the size, item # and custom field so by default it displays the parent's values however when a specific matrix item is selected using the drilldowns that it's value then dynamically appears.

Thank you,
Rui
