Is NetSuite using outdated encryption?

Customers see a yellow warning symbol to the left of our URL (when in checkout). See attached image. What is the "obsolete cryptography" about?

Also, we're getting some "mixed content" errors, but it relates to links to an non-secure form that we use for item search.  How can I make checkout source from the different theme? I need checkout to use a different header.
