Add a free t-shirt to a sales order if a set of conditions apply. Is this possible?

Hello there,

I would like to add a free t-shirt size selection on the thank you page during checkout. And possibly then add it to the freshly created sales order once the customer selects the size.

Rules

Only if a speaker or subwoofer has been purchased. ( I can use javascript I suppose, to check the innerhtml of the cart preview on the right of the page and only show the app if there is a speaker or subwoofer shown.

Only if the customer has never received one before.

Does anybody know if this is possible? Or maybe guide me to an article that relates to this, as I am not sure where to start or what to search.
