Amazon transaction posting with FarApp connector
We have initiated the use of the FarApp connector for listing products on Amazon. The listing process itself and the transaction syn from Amazon to us works just fine - but it doesn't provide any mechanism for managing the business side of the transactions. We're wondering how people and handling the details.
- When you have a sale from Amazon, FarApp loads it to our account and it shows up as a sales order. This is fine.
- We fulfill and ship the order. This is fine.
- The problem is in handling the billing etc
- When we bill the order using the standard billing option, the resultant cash/credit sale doesn't have payment details associated with it (as none are passed from Amazon).
