Question for those with "Add All to Cart" functionality on their website
For those who have added Add All to Cart or Add Multiple to Cart functionality to their sites, have you done any time studies to see how long it takes to add multiple items to the cart?
We have and Add All Selected button on our Item List pages. We also have a quick order page with a large input box where customers can either type or paste a list of item numbers with quantities. Once the list is entered, there is an Add to Cart button that adds all the items to the cart.
On Item List pages and the quick order page, it takes about 5 seconds for each item to get added, so for our biggest customers that are adding a hundred or so items at a time, this can take a very long time.
