Customer Center Order Copy Questions

Hello fellow Netsuite users,

We received an order overnight that the customer created by copying an old order they viewed through their Customer Center Role.  The customer changed the quantity of items, so shipping was recalculated to the current amount, but I'm concerned that customers could use this feature to create new orders for items at old prices, or to receive old shipping costs.

Fortunately, the memo field copied over the old memo field from the 2 year old order.  This copied memo field was the only indicator we had that this had happened, but we almost missed it.  We'd like to customize the memo field that is created in this situation.  Does anyone here know how to affect the memo field, sales prices and/or shipping costs to keep control over them?  Ideally, we'd like to have a new memo field like "customer copy" to indicate how the order was created.  And we'd like to be sure that Netsuite is only using current item

Howdy, Stranger!
