SCA Webstore Items Randomly Not Displaying for Some Customers - Browser Issue?
We raised a support case (2282138) with NetSuite support last week which remains unresolved, so wanted to ask if anyone else had experienced something similar.
We have discovered that for some users, some items that were previously displaying in the webstore are no longer displaying. This is affecting multiple products in multiple product categories.
Some users can view the products on the webstore whereas other users are unable to view the same products (even if they previously could view those products).
We have checked that these items have been correctly set up in NetSuite:
1. To display in the webstore
2. They have pricing associated them
