Embed Global Search Results in Information Item

Here's what I'm trying to do.  I'd like to display a list of products (search result) from our store, within an information item.

Does anyone know if I can embed search results like this.  Obviously I can easily get a new page with the search results,e.g.,

http://www.thetapaslunchcompany.co.uk/s.nl?sc=2&search=cheese

but want I want to do is get those results embedded at the bottom of the information item.

Any ideas on what code to use?
