Our SCA Webstore is Incredibly Slow - Is this common?

Hi,

We recently moved to NetSuite and implemented a fairly vanilla B2B webstore using SCA. We have around 1,000 items and less than 10 transactions per day. We are finding responsiveness on the webstore to be sluggish during good times (5-10 seconds to load a page) and incredibly slow (1+ minute to load a page) during bad times. This is unique to the webstore, so is not a function of our network. The webstore was implemented by the NetSuite PS team in Australia / Philippines, so we assume they applied best practice to the set up and coding, but their team
