Need help installing tracking pixels for ChannelAdvisor

We are having trouble with ChannelAdvisor's tracking pixel setup, and they are now asking us to contact "our developer" for help.  Has anyone here successfully installed ChannelAdvisor's order tracking pixel for a cross-domain site?
