SCA Webstore displays Incorrect Pricing for Some Items

Hi, I wanted to ask if other SCA users had experienced issues of some items randomly displaying incorrect pricing in the webstore. We are a distributor and need to display both our MSRP (Base price) and Reseller Buy Price (Base price less reseller discount). We implemented SCA in August 2015 and since then, we have had intermittent issues with some items for some customers sometimes not displaying the correct Reseller Buy Price (it displays base price, without the discount being applied). Pricing is set up correctly (and displays correctly) for these items in NetSuite proper and when the item is
