Show items based on customer's location.

in Web Site / E-Commerce

One of my client wants to limit the available products for sale in SCA site based on customer's location or the site location. Example they want to sell certain products to only EU customers while some to NA and rest of the world. Through SCA could not any options to do it, similar options are available in Magento Ent, Hybris and ATG. One way I could think of is adding some sort locale tag(field) in the item record then segregate the items using the specific tag value and show the filtered list using some sort of scripting.
