Pagination - Not working

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Is there a way to get this to paginate properly:

http://www.ssisports.net/Manufacturers/Manufacturers-A-

From what I can read, tabs don't have that capability, but this will paginate:

http://www.ssisports.net/Manufacturers/12-Survivors


Is there something that can done to make the first link paginate like the second one?
