Unclear message when placing an order
Can we update this message so that it's easier for the customer to understand what they need to correct on their order please?
I'm not sure what triggers this message but the customer wrote: I was trying to place an order and received this message
- Your Order Was Not Placed Could not calculate cost for the selected Realtime rate. The rate for this service is not available for the specified source and destination addresses.
What exactly does that mean?
