Suite Commerce Advanced

Question of the day...do we upgrade to NetSuite Commerce Advanced or not? We are looking to make our current store mobile responsive and we want to implement a customer rating system which I hear are both out of the box with SCA. Anyone that has made the switch care to share your experience? Was it difficult to set up? Who did your implementation? Are you happy you made the switch? Anyone out there thought about switching but decided against it? Care to share what your reasoning behind not doing it? Thank you in advance for any input you can give.
