Devastating: Tags Not Updating - Can't Change Anything On Website.

This is literally going on for many days and I'm told many accounts are attached to this issue. In the 10 years of being with Netsuite this is the most destructive errors ever for my business as a direct result of Netsuite's inability to make sure that certain aspects of basic Netsuite functioning is not destroyed during updates. At this point, we are seeing a 50% plus reduction in sales over last year same time because we cannot run any sales, post coupon codes or change anything on our home page or do any changes related to tags.

Who else is having this problem and some of you might not even be aware that tags aren't updating?
