shaded window after putting an item in the cart (Firefox Only)

Does anyone have browsing issues with Firefox? I've noticed we often get a shaded screen after adding items to the cart in Firefox.

It just hangs and looks like this:

I can click away from it, but it's clearly not right. Has anyone seen this before?
