website preview is not working - SuiteCommerce Advanced

Hi everyone,
we just tried to set up a new website on SuiteCommerce Advanced but we cannot see the preview.
I think we setup everything correctly: shopping, search index, field sets, touch points, etc.

In the Domains subtab of the website record, we only entered a fake domain ("sukeyna993demosite.com") but it doesn't work.
Can you help us?
