Google Analytics not working properly on my QuickStart Site
I have the Google Analytics code set up on my site and when I go to Google Analytics to look at my reports for traffic sources all my traffic is coming through as a referral and that referrer is my domain name. When a customer searches on google and clicks on my site the google tag assistant shows the referrer as google but once they click to checkout on my site and the domain name changes from www.mydomain.com to checkout.na2.netsuite.com the google tag assistant changes and shows the referral as www.mydomain.com
When I contacted Google they told me I need to set up cross domain tracking on both mydomain.com and checkout.na2.netsuite.com but when I call Netsuite support they tell me that it is all set up correctly.... this has been going on now for 3 weeks and I have just about had it. Is there anyone else who has a Quickstart site and has Google Analytics set up properly? Or is there anyone who has suggestions on how to get to the checkout.na2.netsuite.com so I can paste the cross domain tracking code onto it like google told me to?
