Checkout - Returning "No Shipment Method Available"
In our website checkout - We ran into this the week of 12/18 - where a significant number of our users received a message during checkout that no shipment method was available. When the user closed the browser and re-opened it - this tended to resolve the problem (but NOT in every case). We are not seeing this in Net Suite with Manual orders, - only on the web store. Has anyone else encountered this? Could it be related to volume on the UPS side?
