server response time ... will NetSuite ever get SRT within industry standards?

According to Google’s PageSpeed Insights, your server response time should be under 200ms.  I've read that Google downgrades slow sites in their search results.

I've been tracking ours SRT for a while using "Pingdom".  We average 1205ms server response time in our NetSuite hosted store.  This has nothing to do with our image sizes or anything with our content.  In short, server response time (SRT) is the amount of time it takes for the web browser to receive any response. The clock begins as soon as the web browser makes the request. So, not the amount of time it takes to load a page, but the amount of time to hear anything back from the server..!?
