adding transaction body field to checkout.ssp

I need to re-add a transaction body field to the checkout.ssp page.

I not only can't seem to find the proper .ssp page, but I also cannot seem to locate any of the 3 steps my checkout.ssp provides.

How would I go about adding "custbody3" into the checkout.ssp?
