Automated Email to Request Customer to Post a Product Review

I am trying to create an automated email that will send out a request for product review after a customer makes a purchase.

End goal: Customer made a purchase for "XYZ" and 7 or 10 days later an email goes out listing the product with a link so they can post a review.

I tried to do a saved search and can get grouped results for an item and which customers purchased the item. But I don't know how to the next step with a workflow. Any ideas? I'd like to avoid a custom script unless someone has one written that works
