Drill down fields on view

I customized our activity view to show the company related to the scheduled task or phone call, and tried to link the listing to a drill down field that would take me directly to the company record from the activity list. But it's not working. When I click on it, I go to a generic NetSuite page that says "page not found", and when one of my other team members clicks on the company name in this same list view, he says it doesn't go anywhere at all--that it's not a live link.

Did I do something wrong in setting up this view?
