SSL Certificate Error

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I signed up for an SSL cert from Namecheap and am trying to install it into netsuite.  When I load the files I constantly get the error message "you must not change the domain name" but I haven't changed anything.  I don't know what I could be doing wrong.  Please help!
